We have unwavering confidence in the quality and effectiveness of our products, which is why we proudly offer an industry-leading warranty of 90-day, 100% full refund with no questions asked. To initiate a refund or replacement, please email us at info@herbahealth.ca with your order ID and specify whether you prefer a refund or a replacement bottle.

To ensure fairness and prevent misuse, Herba Happiness Promise is designed to cover one product per customer. This policy applies to distinct product lines, allowing customers to purchase multiple items from different categories without limitation. If multiple quantities of the same product are purchased, the refund will cover one item only. The remaining unopened bottles must be returned.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to waive or modify this satisfaction guarantee if there are reasonable grounds to suspect abuse or misuse. This includes repeated refund requests or purchases that appear to exploit the policy. Our aim is to maintain fairness and transparency for all customers.

Returns:

Returns are accepted on unopened products 90 days from the date of purchase for a refund or a store credit, less any applicable shipping. To be eligible for a return, ensure the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping & handling costs of returned items unless the return is due to shipment damage or incorrect product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping. For other returns, a flat $10 shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Requests for refunds and shop credits are eligible for online purchases only. If you purchased from a retail location you will need to follow the retailer's return policy.

Refunds:

Upon receiving your returned item, we will promptly inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or as a store credit. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer's policies.
