Processing/Shipping
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Standard Shipping and Estimated Delivery Times

Canada: $4.99 standard shipping or free shipping on orders over $50.00. Delivery in 2-7 business days.

USA: $9.99 standard shipping or free shipping on orders over $75.00. Delivery in 7-10 business days.

Remote & International Shipping

For rural areas, remote communities, and islands, delivery times may exceed our standard estimates listed above.

Northern Canada: Orders shipped to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut have a flat shipping rate of $19.99 and are not eligible for free shipping.

U.S. Territories: Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii have a flat shipping rate of $19.99 and are not eligible for free shipping. For orders shipping to Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, please email us at info@herbahealth.ca with your shipping postal/zip code for a personalized quote—we're happy to assist! 

We reserve the right to deny free shipping if actual delivery costs significantly exceed our estimates. If this applies to your order, we'll reach out by email before shipping.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped to Canada will automatically be charged sales tax. Orders to the USA and other international destinations are not charged sales tax.

Duties to USA
Starting August 29, 2025, U.S. orders will no longer be charged duties. We’ll cover the cost of the newly added duty fees on your behalf. 

Shipping & Delivery
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion if it is deemed unreasonable, suspicious, or difficult to handle. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.

We currently only ship to Canada, the USA, and South Korea. For shipments to other countries, please contact us at info@herbahealth.ca.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Once a package has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the address.

If a shipment is delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error, Herba is not responsible for the lost package. No refund or replacement will be issued in such cases.

If the shipment is returned to the carrier as undeliverable, the customer may choose to:
• Have the order reshipped (an additional shipping fee will apply), or
• Receive a refund of the product total, less original shipping fees and a 20% return handling fee

We appreciate your understanding, as these measures help ensure fairness for all our customers.
