        Just a Vitamin B6 Update

        Herba does not seem to have Vitamin B 6 Complex that I have found so I recommend Jameson Vitamin B 6 250 g which is 2 tablets and 2 Herba Garcinia Cambogia Capsules twice a day with 250 ml spring water. Do not use tap water or recycled tap water or recycled large 18 L bottle water. Only Spring Water is Natural it says it right on the Bottle or Package.

        This Garcinia Cambogia is the strongest that I have ever used and I have lost 6 pounds in 20 days but not just om its own. I also take two 250 mg Vitamin B 6 and that's 500mg twice a day with two Garcinia with 250 ml glass of spring water before each meal and 8 to 10 glasses of spring water each day. Now Vitamin B6 Converts Carbs, Proteins and Fats into Energy. About ten years ago I lost 55 pounds in 14 Months using not quite the same dosage with no exercise. I also would drink about 4 to 6 Michelobe Ultra 473 ml lite beer with low carbs and low fat in the whole 14 month's. The water content in the Beer can replace a few glasses of water a day. But you must not eat any more than 5 g of Fat for each meal .Their are many low fat snacks like Rice Crispy squares and fiber bars and most cereal's have no fat so just use 1 % milk or 2 % low fat chocolate milk, Also their are many lo fat breads and assorted deli meats also low in fat but be careful with the sodium content if that's an issue with you. You may lose a little more weight without the beer that's just what I do. Anyway this Garcinia is the best product out there with the highest strength I have ever seen and I highly recommend it but any Garcinia you use needs Vitamin B 6 to convert the Fats ; Carbs and Proteins into energy so you never feel tired or weak. Thanks to Herba Vitamins I am on pace of beating my old weight loss from 4 pounds a month to 8 to 10 pounds a month. P.S maybe herba has a Vitamin B 6 complex and also please note my Meals they do not include any [ Rabbit Food ] Salads I hate Salad and no exercise. But it may work for you to have salads or V 8 Juice instead and exercise if you are able to. Thank You Herba
