This is like a one two punch for your blood sugar levels. Both ingredients help with regulating blood suger and as such may be very helpful for someone indulging in heavy carbs, or those sensitive to carbs (diabetic/pre diabetic).I have used Berberine for a while and find it has multiple benefits for me. This addition of cinnamon is an added bonus, as I wouldn't go out and get a supplement specifically for cinnamon alone. They seem to have a synergistic effect. Recommended.

Pros:- Berberine and cinnamon are often taken for similar reasons so it's nice to be able to take them together in the same capsules.- It contains real ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) which is better than the cheaper Cassia cinnamon due to its low coumarin content. I'm glad to see they went for the good stuff with this supplement.- I found the medium sized capsules easy to swallow. I did notice a mild herbal aftertaste but nothing unpleasant. I didn't have any negative side effects after taking them.- The bottle has an NPN number printed on it which means it's properly licensed by Health Canada.
