Nice way to take nattokinase

If you believe in nattokinase, this is a nice way to take it.I really like that this is manufactured in Canada! This fact alone gives me great peace of mind. It also claims to be non-GMO, with an NPN from Health Canada, so this is also reassuring.As far as usage, it is a standard gelcap, on the skinnier side, so it's easy to swallow. For "Flavour" I gave it 4/5, because you're not supposed to chew it, and it has a gel cover, so... (not sure why "flavour" is an evaluation category).The only downside is that it seems to be a little on the pricey side. Then again, Canadian-made...4/5

People really don't understand the awesome benefits of Nattokinase

This is a whopping 2000 FU of Nato in every 100mg capsule, made by Herba. Although that would seem like the standard, what they are offering you is a specific amount proven to have a daily impact. This particular product is also conveniently made available in delayed release form, which provides its benefits over the course of a long day.I'm not actually certain I can be a good judge of this supplement, as I am a bit biased in its defense of positive reinforcement for your body. But I will try to explain it in a way that makes reasonable sense...There has been a lot of speculation by the FDA etc. as to it's benefits... but personally I think that is just their way of saying "it works, and we don't really want you to know it works" hah.In practical application, numerous studies have proven that those who maintain rich diets of natto have lower rates of death from heart disease. In fact, high natto consumption, a product which is commonly found in and used throughout Japan, has actually been linked to the longer average lifespan in their population overall, along with said lower chronic disease rates.This is why I absolutely love this product, since a few years ago I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and had started to experience symptoms that could potentially lead to a stroke. Ever since I started taking natto, well... what it basically does is cancel out those potentially dangerous symptoms, and restore balance in your blood. It can help clean out blood clots as well, and prevent them from even happening in the first place.With this product, you get a great starting sample of 120 capsules, which is more than enough to get your body acclimated to the supplement, so the healing process can begin. I can only say try it for yourself. I am sure you won't be disappointed. And this brand has a great product for just this purpose! I genuinely feel this supplement is a life saver!

Natto has a long history, the supplements, I think, not as much, but I am giving it a try to see if it has positive impacts on my health. I will update this review at then end of the bottle if I have any issues or if there are no noticeable results.
