This is a a great two in one supplement.I like that this supplement requires just one capsule once a day and last for the entire month.The most important thing to me in a supplement is third party testing so I know I am getting exactly what the bottle claims and without impurities. This product includes that and is made in Canada which I consider to be a bonus.The capsules are easy to swallow and have no weird smell or taste.NMN and resveratrol are two supplements I take regularly because I trust they are providing me with some benefit.
