    Tasteless and smaller than other Vitamin C tablets

    I've never had Vitamin C in a capsule form before, and I like that this brand is odorless and tasteless (and it doesn't have orange dye on it that stains your fingers if they're damp!). It is smaller than the 1000 mg tablets I usually take.I took 1000 mg for many years, but I've been reading up on supplements and there's no conclusive decision on what dose to use if you don't get enough Vitamin C from your diet. If you ingest naturally-occurring Vitamin C, you need as little as 200 mg. However, most sources say there's "no harm" in taking up to 2000 mg Vitamin C daily, provided you avoid interactions (some common interactions are with aspirin and antacids).I have reduced to 500 mg/day in light of the reading I've done, and then take extra doses when I feel a cold coming on.

    Bonne vitamine à prendre

    J'avais moins d'énergie depuis quelques mois, j'ai pensé à reprendre de la vitamine C, à ma grande surprise après quelques jours le tout est revenu dans l'ordre. Faut dire que cette vitamine vient de la bioflavonoides 50 mg qui contient du collagène, le maintien des os du cartilage et des dents. Belle découverte.
