Great source of bioavailable B1

Excellent source of vitamin B1. Very effective and has a fairly quick onset of effects (within the hour). Benfotiamine B1 is far superior to regular thiamine B1 because it's fat soluble rather than water soluble, so it's easier for your body to absorb and stays in your system for longer, so you'll see much greater benefits (and much sooner) than you would with a regular B1 thiamine supplement. B1 is crucial for energy production in the body, and I've seen a huge improvement in my energy levels and mental clarity since taking these. Highly recommend.

The elderly are low on this.. great product

When the sand in my eye feeling comes.. dry lips.. and many other symptoms.. a couple days in these.. or sooner.. symptoms gone.. for me.

This version of B1 really is better than other versions, and this brand is decent.

This is a decent Vitamin B1 to try out. I’m trying it out as an anti inflammatory in general. I’ve taken most of the bottle so far, and I think I’m feeling better overall. I only buy products with NPN numbers, which this Herba one has.This is a good option for B1, the benfotiamine has proven more absorbable than the synthetics Mononitrate Hydrochloride versions, which is usually what you find.I can recommend this.
