It's a supplement

Supplements are a hard one to review. It seems quality, nothing is off about it. I feel like it's helping my digestion just the same as my other bromelian supplement, but without testing I'm not sure how one actually tells. Only thing i can assure is i have not noticed any side effects from it, so that's always good!

- Bromelain is a natural enzyme supplement derived from pineapple. This product provides 600 mg with each capsule, which is a bit stronger than most other brands I've used in the past which are normally 500 mg. Interestingly, the label also lists the contents as 21,600,000 FCC PU, which apparently is a unit of potency standardized by the Food Chemicals Codex called Papain Units. I only take one a day, and the bottle contains a generous supply of 180 capsules, so they should last me a whole 6 months which is nice.- I didn't have any trouble swallowing the medium-large sized capsules. I also didn't notice any aftertaste (though if it was pineapple, who would mind?) and I didn't have any negative side effects. So I'm happy with them.- The NPN number listed on the bottle is 80129007, which is important to check for. I personally only take one per day which would make this product last around half a year.Overall, a good quality product at a decent price.
